The renovation of the existing St. Helena branch office building allowed for an opportunity to better serve existing customers and prepare for growth. Improvements included rearranging and refinishing the interior and exterior walls, replacement of windows and doors, fire sprinklers, and installing drought tolerant landscaping.

Green Components:
-New low water use planting and irrigation
-Added restrooms with low water use fixtures
-Low emissivity replacement for windows
-All lighting fixtures replaced with energy efficient lighting (LED)
-Recycled all asphalt, concrete, light fixtures, plants, windows, wood framing and trim
