The Bergman Family Vineyards Winery project includes construction of a cave complex to house the winery’s production and barrel storage facilities, as well as a lab for onsite testing. All site infrastructure/utilities will be housed in outdoor work areas that are enclosed in structures that complement the design aesthetic of the cave and portal openings.
