Burbank Avenue Apartments

The new Burbank Avenue Apartments Development involves construction of 4 multi-family residential buildings with 64 residential units in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, a leasing office, a community room, 2 laundry rooms, a mail room maintenance room, and 2 bike storage rooms, along with sidewalks, driveways, parking, landscaping, utilities, stormwater retention and trash enclosures. The project is on a ~2 acre site and is being developed by Santa Rosa-based non-profit Burbank Housing. Funding is being provided by a federal Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), administered by the City of Santa Rosa’s Housing Authority.
