The Charter Oak is the creation of Christopher Kostow and Nathaniel Dorn, the critically acclaimed chefs of The Restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena. For over thirty years the historic stone building was home to Tra Vigne, a formative and legendary Napa Valley restaurant. The renovation included an extensive retrofit of the building and cellar, while preserving much of what makes the building unique. The all new interior features a modern, casual and inviting ambiance with exposed brick and custom tables made out of reclaimed oak wood.
