The Draxton Cellars custom crush facility project involves creation of a new 61,000 SF facility capable of processing 20,000 tons of grapes annually. The project includes development of a large tank storage area, a general storage area, a maintenance facility, a covered press pad, a scale and administrative spaces in an adjacent two-story building. The buildings will be dry floodproofed.
