RB Wine Associates Rack & Riddle Custom Winery

A state-of-the-art, full service, certified organic sparkling and still wine custom crush facility located in Hopland, California, on Mountain House Road at the east base of Duncan Peak. The entire facility encompasses 120,000 square feet with a capacity of 500,000 cases and is the only sparkling wine custom crush facility on the west coast. Scope of work included cellar expansion with new outdoor covered crush area between new and existing buildings, master planning the site for circulation, future building expansions and upgrades to power, with energy efficiency in mind as there is very little electrical capacity at the location.
