This affordable senior housing project alongside the Petaluma River offers 54 living units with resident services and associated common areas, arranged in two 2-story and one 3-story buildings on 1.31 acre site. The units are available to very low and low income seniors, 62 years old and older, with 19 units reserved for veterans. The property offers residents a community room with full kitchen, garden beds, dog run, wellness center, outdoor patio and public access to the river.
The project has received a GreenPoint Silver rating, which certifies that it is energy efficient and built with sustainable materials wherever possible.
