Santa Rosa City Schools Multi-Campus Modernization

Wright Contracting recently modernized HVAC and roofing systems at Brook Hill Elementary School, as well as the DeSoto Hall building on the Santa Rosa High School Campus and the South Gym and ArtQuest buildings, also on the Santa Rosa High School campus. The work involved removing existing roofing and associated components, which were then replaced with new, as well as removal and replacement of HVAC units and associated equipment, piping, electrical work including the patching and repair of adjacent finishes. On the Brook Hill campus, we also replaced covered walkways. This project was delivered via the Lease-Leaseback delivery method and was subject to DSA approval.
