Santa Rosa Community Health – Vista Campus

Vista Campus was tragically destroyed in the Tubbs Fire after experiencing substantial smoke and water damage. The 42,414 SF campus is Santa Rosa Community Health’s largest health center and provides medical services for over 24,000 people annually. The two-story building was stripped down to its metal frame and concrete floors, eliminating even the slightest hint or smell of smoke, mold and ash. The redesign, reconstruction and remodel included replacement of exterior stucco, windows and exterior doors. Rebuild of the interior space included 58 exam rooms, administration offices and areas for specialty clinics, mental health and other support services.
