Shoreline Unified School District Multi-Campus Modernization

During the Summer of 2020, we completed modernization projects on 5 Shoreline USD campuses. All of the projects were delivered via the Lease-Leaseback delivery method and were subject to DSA approval.

West Marin Elementary: Removal of two modular classrooms, roofing, painting, signage, accessible parking and path of travel, restroom alteration and fire alarm system upgrade, followed by new double-wide modular classrooms.

Bodega Bay Elementary: Alterations to fire alarm system, walkways and parking, removal of existing modular classroom and foundation, to be replaced by new concrete foundation, ramp, walkway & 1,296 SF modular building.

Tomales Elementary School: Replace all windows, update accessible parking stalls and aisles, replace handrails at ramp, and install new fire alarm system.

Tomales High School: Modernize locker rooms, replace exterior windows and doors, add access lift & accessibility signage, and improve accessible parking spaces.

Inverness Elementary: Replace windows in all buildings including trim repair/replacement, accessible parking & path of travel upgrades, replace all roofing and accessories, repair shingle courses and board and batten siding, including paint.
